Illustrative photographs are not a promise of a particular animal or shipment. Ask our team for any information needed to make an informed decision.
Prices, quotes & availability
Online prices are in Nigerian naira for the unit or pack stated in the listing. Checkout calculates the item subtotal and configured delivery charge from server records. Unpriced items, quantities beyond recorded stock, unsupported destinations, and bespoke requirements need a quotation. If an error affects a listing or order, we will contact you to explain the issue and agree an appropriate resolution rather than silently changing your purchase.
Accounts & security
Provide accurate contact information and use a unique password. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Contact our team if you suspect unauthorised account use. Do not provide passwords or payment card details through our contact forms.
Orders & payment
Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it. Creating an online order reserves available stock for 30 minutes while payment is pending. Online collection is available only when a payment provider is enabled. Payment status is verified by the server, and an order reference or payment-page redirect alone is not proof of successful payment. Orders marked Payment review need staff confirmation before fulfilment.
Delivery, collection & cancellation
Choose only a delivery or pickup option that meets your needs, and provide accurate details. Check our Delivery & Returns page. Contact us for changes after an order is placed; what can be changed depends on the fulfilment stage and applicable rights.
Bulk & specialist requirements
Wholesale, institutional supply, export, storage, and specialist logistics enquiries are assessed individually. An enquiry does not guarantee availability, a reserved quantity, credit terms, an investment return, or a completed commercial agreement. Relevant specification, quantity, pricing, responsibilities, and timing must be agreed for the transaction.
