Can I buy one animal or order in bulk?

Both. Browse livestock for individual needs or send a corporate sourcing brief with your species, quantity, preferred size, intended use, and destination.

Are the pictures of the animal I will receive?

Check each listing’s image label. Illustrative and starter preview images do not confirm actual stock. Request current photographs or footage and confirm the specific animal or batch with our team.

How are prices and delivery confirmed?

Unpriced listings require a quote. Eligible priced stock can be added to your basket. Any configured delivery fees appear at checkout; other locations and specialist transport require an agreed quote.

Can I arrange an inspection before buying?

Contact our team with the listing you are interested in. Inspection arrangements, location, timing, and any documentation must be confirmed before travel or purchase.

Prices and availability

Only published, priced stock can be ordered online. Prices are in Nigerian naira, with the product subtotal and any configured delivery charge shown before payment. For unpriced items or unsupported destinations, request a quote.

Fulfilment

Choose a supported delivery area or an agreed pickup point. Your order records the selected option. Contact our team to confirm practical handover details and timing. International and specialist logistics require a separate quotation.

Payment and cancellation

Checkout redirects to our payment provider when enabled. An unpaid order expires after 30 minutes and releases its reserved stock. A late payment may require review before fulfilment. Contact sales@thenovaprime.com for cancellation or a refund assessment; no refund is completed automatically through this site.

Issues with an order

Contact our team promptly with your order reference and relevant photographs if an item is damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsuitable. Return and refund requests are assessed against the product, its condition, the circumstances, and applicable consumer rights. Perishable food and livestock require particular handling; arrange any return with our team before transport.
