Our enquiry forms ask for contact details and information about your sourcing or partnership requirements. Provide only the information needed to discuss your enquiry.
How the information is used
Nova Prime uses these details to respond, clarify requirements, and discuss potential commercial relationships. Direct form submissions are saved in our private enquiry workspace and a notification is sent through the configured email service when available. Authorised staff can review the request and record follow-up notes. Email and WhatsApp options open the contact service you select.
Storefront accounts and orders
Farms and Foods storefronts collect account contact details, hashed passwords, delivery or pickup details, and order history. Customer and administrator sessions use essential cookies. Shopping baskets are saved in your browser. Our team uses order details to arrange fulfilment and support. Account recovery and order messages use our configured email service. When online payment is enabled, checkout redirects to a payment provider; we store transaction references and verified payment status, and do not collect card details on this website. Contact sales@thenovaprime.com to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records needed for orders and applicable obligations.
Newsletter requests
We record your email address and subscription request when you opt in to updates. You can request removal by emailing sales@thenovaprime.com or replying Unsubscribe.
Your quotation basket
The livestock basket stores category names, quantities, and buyer type in your browser session. It does not reserve animals, collect payment, or store your contact details. You can remove items or end the browser session.
